Chia Seed Morning

This morning, being extremely hot and humid at the studio, breakfast would have to be light and easy.

Chia Pudding to the rescue:

Chia pudding recipe:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Stir together, let set for 3 minutes. Stir again. Then put in refrigerator, for 4 hours or over night.

Option:

You can put in 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut milk
Add fruit for more goodness!

Today, I have a full schedule of clients to see. My free time will be working on the scarf. It’s certainly getting longer. Maybe it will be completed at the end of this week. Look for it to be for sale in my shop on Etsy.

Yesterday I got a new addition:

He came from a home that couldn’t keep him because they have three bunnies.

My other three cats and dog are getting along with him.

Ever wonder why I named my art studio 4pawsartstudio?

It’s simple my pet friends are always near me while I’m knitting, cross stitching drawing painting etc. How could I not name it after them?
