It’s a quiet cold morning while the snow blankets every reminder of grass and spring time.
The birds are quite, the people in the city are quiet and my home is quite.

- watch a movie/documentary
- rest
- meet up with a friend for coffee
- sit at a café by yourself and have coffee
Smoothie
Spinach, blueberries, banana, protein powder, almond milk. Blend together

My breakfast was the spinach smoothie, warmed up gluten free biscuit with dairy free chive cream cheese from Kite Hill, and a mandarin orange.

Recommended Book
This is a wonderful book. It is for those yoga fans out there. A must read.
