This is a simple recipe. It is gluten free and dairy free. Of course you can add dairy free shredded cheese to top it. (I am not a huge fan of dairy free shredded cheese). I like to make simple recipes, with little time in the kitchen and more time enjoying my meals.
- follow your heart ranch dressing
- black beans
- grilled chicken
- gluten free taco seasoning
- gluten free tortilla chips
Rinse the black beans and corn in a strainer. Then warm them in a pot adding the gluten free taco seasoning. Once warm, take it off the stove and let cool.
Add salt and pepper to the chicken and grill. Cut into strips.
Put lettuce, chicken and black bean and corn mixture on top of the lettuce. Add follow your heart salad dressing
Serve gluten free tortilla chips on the side.
