I have not stitched much
It’s been a challenge to find dedicated time to stitch.
But today I was able to get some time in and pleased with seeing it come to life

I was going through my cross stitch patterns and found this lovely one.
It is titled Scotney Castle Garden
It will be 16″x12″

After 3 years of stitching Rue Paris it was worth it.
It’s amazingly beautiful and I can’t stop looking at it!
I will be finishing the Yesteryear Dutch girls. It’s a cross stitch that shows monthly chores.

It’s almost getting there…one stitch at a time.
There’s about two pages of stitching left.
I had a slight slowdown with stitching because of picking up an extra day of work.
I still think it will be done by the New Year

Rue Paris cross stitch is getting closer to the finish line

It’s progressing slowly. It’s again a lot of color changes. I have been watching The Chosen, again while stitching. If you haven’t watched it, you need it. It’s done very nicely.

I finished the Dutch girls cross stitch wall hanging. I’m not good at sewing. I had a hard time figuring out how to sew it without seeing the stitches. But I’m not selling this. It’s for my own enjoyment.
And it’s an inspiration to learn how to sew!

I have been sewing a wall hanging for the Dutch girls cross stitch.
I added a peach border around it. Next I’ll add the stuffing and back to keep it stiff to hang.

Here’s an update on Rue Paris cross stitch
I started the bottom portion….

I started a wall hanging with the dutch girls cross stitch.
Cut 1.5 inch strips of fabric to place in-between each cross stitch.
Then sew them together in a long wall hanging.
Stay tuned for the finished product.
